A very simple but very tasty dish from our Camping & Caravanning series.
Method:
- Melt the butter add the sliced onion and cook until light brown, add the potatoes and fry until golden, fold in the corned beef, stir in the Worcester sauce, warm through, season and sprinkle with parsley.
- Can be served with green beans or crusty bread.
