Pilchard Pate

Fish is known to be good for the brain, and pilchards are no exception!
10 minutes to prepare and serve. Serves 2

Method:

1. Mash together the pilchards and soft cheese in a bowl. 2. Add the lime juice, black olives and basil and mix thoroughly. 3. Serve with warm pitta bread. Canny Fact: You can find sustainable canned fish at the supermarket.
