This simple to make healthy and tasty main course or side dish is part of our Camping & Caravanning series.
Method:
- Heat the oil, sauté the red onion, add the sliced pepper, chilli and cook for a further couple of minutes, add the cooked pasta, cannellini beans, tuna chunks, zest and juice of the lemon.
- Stir well and sprinkle with chopped fresh or dried basil.
